Throughout history politicians have toppled world orders by devaluing their own currency with debt. When the NOT finacially educated politicians *(especially democrats) get into economic trouble they ALWAYS print money. the influx of cash into the system has no where to go, so people buy stocks and commodities and stocks go up. until the currency is completely devalued and the bubble busts.
