I don’t see what’s the hype. I mean for now Dec 50point hike is only rumor. Even if it comes true then it’s still a hike. Nowhere near so called pivot which the FED starts dropping their fund rate. Right now the FED fund rate is only 3.25%. We’re looking at 4.5-5% Fed fund rate. Which translate to like 7.5-8% prime rate that banks loan to businesses. Or 9+% for 30 yrs mortgage. Right now the pain just starting. The real pain comes when we have to live with high interest rate in the next 9-10 months. And don’t forget the Fed still on track to dump their trillions through Quantitative tightening. With off the roof inflation and 8% interest rate…..which business will borrow $$$ to expand?! Economy going to shrink more. People will lose their jobs and likely their homes. Real estate crash coming next. So take a look at a bigger picture people.
